Services We Offer

DBS Design Contracts Ltd formed from the project department of David Blakey Services Ltd which has been trading since 1999.

DBS Design Contracts quickly grew by providing high class AC installation projects. The first sizeable design and installation project was for Swiss Post Solutions and was a Mitsubishi VRV system. This system had a 5 year warranty and was serviced by David Blakey Services Ltd who concentrate on planned maintenance, service and repairs.

The value of the contract was £250k and was completed on time and on budget.

Many similar sized jobs followed and DBS Design Contracts Ltd  soon became a Diamond Quality Mitsubishi Business Solutions Partner. Further projects with Daikin lead to D1+  membership being achieved the following year.

Expansion followed with David Blakey heading up the recruitment of further dedicated team members.

Paul Turner joined the group to form a ventilation arm of the business which became Airflow Design Services Ltd.

Graham Dunn joined the Group to head up DBSE Electrical and Controls Ltd

DBS Design Contracts offer full M&E project management services by working in partnership with our sister companies Airflow Design Services and DBSE Electrical and Controls thus offering Joint Venture (JV) Mechanical / Electrical projects.
